Dr. Turano graduated in Economics in Milan at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2005.
He worked as a tax consultant in Italy, developing extensive expertise in the Italian tax law field; after moving to Switzerland he attended the “Master in Taxation and Law” at SUPSI University.

Massimiliano Rega

Founder & Partner

Massimiliano divides his time between consultancy and entrepreneurship across Europe, the UAE, and the Far East. He focuses on omnichannel development and network strategy. He founded MRC Omnichannel, SDEN, RTBH.ai, and Immoveo, and has previously served as CXO at SKY and COO at Technogym. He holds a PhD in Management Engineering and serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. 

Agostino La Bella

Agostino La Bella graduated with honors in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and specialized in Systems Engineering. He is a full professor of Management Engineering, CEO of LaBella&Partners, and has held numerous academic and professional leadership roles. With over 150 scientific publications, he currently teaches at San Raffaele University and the University of Rome “Tor Vergata.”

Gaetano Pannitto

As a senior sale and marketing executive, Gaetano has over 20 years of experience in the field and is a passionate expert in customer-focused sales. He specialises in sophisticated digital transformation journeys across the entire customer life cycle with a customer-driven focus. Gaetano has specialist knowledge and experience in Customer Proposition and Offer strategy definition, CRM, Supply Chain, Business Processes and Digital Transformation.

Matteo Bertini

Digital marketing and Communication Manager

Matteo is an executive marketing and communications consultant with over two decades of experience supporting large enterprises and SMEs. A graduate in Business Administration, he has held senior roles and led growth and development initiatives across a wide array of industries – from food and textiles to electronics and real estate, and from gaming and baby care to publishing and fitness. Eclectic and passionate about all forms of retail, computers, and cars, he is never afraid to step up to the challenge to ensure that each project achieves its objectives.

Francesca is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources and business administration, with a strategic and operational approach to personnel management and organizational processes. She currently serves as the HR & Administration Manager, where she oversees recruitment, management, and development of human resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Additionally, she provides valuable support to the CFO, collaborating closely to achieve organizational objectives.

Vlad Golub

Vlad Golub holds a degree in Economics and Management. Prior to joining MRC Omnichannel, he was a pioneer in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry in Italy. In 2017, he founded CryptoRivista, an online magazine focused on digital currencies and blockchain technology, which quickly became one of the leading publications in Italy in terms of recognition and traffic.
